Flex Cash Lease Calculator is a simplified spreadsheet used to determine cash rents for agricultural land based on commodity prices, for the benefit of landowners and tenants.

Before you begin you will need to know:

• Base cash rent
• Base soybean and corn prices
• Parcel acreage and yield data

The spreadsheet opens to the instructions. To access the calculator, click the "Calculator" tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Enter this data into the green colored cells specific to your particular parcel. All other numbers are calculations made automatically from the data entered into the green cells.
