Ag Economics/Agribusiness Club

Christian Weber

President

The Agribusiness/Agricultural Economics club offers a picture into the professional world meeting by meeting, offering potential employers speaking at each meeting, free meals, and great group to exchange ideas with. Overall, our club is a rather informal one in which you can better your future within Agriculture while also in a relaxed environment. I have greatly enjoyed my time within the club, and look forward to meeting new members and what exploring what the future holds!!!

Ag Econ/Ag Business Club is a great way to connect with fellow students within your major, as well as opportunities to coneect with members of the industry. Throughout my time in Ag Econ Club, I have listened to numerous speakers that shaped me into the person I am today.

Logan Thurber

VP of Community Service

As someone who is not a part of an agricultural-related major, I joined the club to expand my horizons and make more connections at the university that I otherwise would not have made. Also, the variety of speakers who present during meetings is excellent, and share many great ideas, internships, and job opportunities.

I wanted to be an officer of the club to be more involved on campus as well as learn more about something I am passionate about. I enjoy working with others and I hope that my teammates and I can give our members opportunities to learn and grow this next year.

Marissa Davis

VICE PRESIDENT

I joined NAMA because I wanted to learn more about the marketing side of agricultural products. I really enjoy the competition part of NAMA and being able to come up with creative products to make a marketing plan for!

Zoe Ganzman

Treasurer

I joined NAMA as a way to network with people and get experience in the Ag-Marketing industry and it came highly recommended by Rosalee as well. I decided to run for Treasurer of NAMA so I can help grow and bring more awareness to this awesome club and organization!

Publicity

I chose to join NAMA to push myself in an area of agriculture and business that I wasn’t familiar with; although marketing isn’t my career goal, my involvement and experience in NAMA has made strides for me both in and out of academics!
