BiographyDr. Walters' extension and research interests focus on the use of public (crop insurance and Farm Bill) and private (futures markets) risk management tools to manage farm income risk.” He also investigates policy-important areas of federal crop insurance, fertilizer decisions, and environmental quality.
He received his Ph.D. in economics and masters in Agricultural Economics from Washington State University in 2008 and 2004, respectively.
