Following on the release of the farm bill commodity program decision tools, the USDA Farm Service Agency has published the official final rules that regulate the implementation of the ARC and PLC programs. The rules were published in the Federal Register today (Friday, September 26, 2014) and are available from the Federal Register website or in PDF format.
